Founded by longtime friends and collaborators, Katie and Annie, NPAS was born from a shared passion for supporting nonprofit leaders in turning their vision into reality.
Since first meeting in 2008, we’ve had the pleasure of working together to serve mission-driven organizations. That experience—and the joy we found in helping nonprofits thrive—inspired us to take our teamwork to the next level by launching NPAS.

Meet Katie
Katie Bohocky, CAE, is the Co-Owner of Nonprofit Association Services, LLC. She is a seasoned association management professional with 19+ years of experience helping mission-driven organizations thrive.
As a Certified Association Executive (CAE) since 2017, Katie excels at aligning strategy with purpose, helping nonprofits turn their vision into tangible impact. Her expertise is dedicated to supporting organizations in achieving meaningful outcomes.
When not driving organizational success, Katie can be found exploring the country with her family, creating lifelong memories from the comfort of their travel trailer.
Meet Annie
Annie Skoglund, CAE, is the Co-Owner of Nonprofit Association Services, LLC (NPAS), bringing over 17 years of experience in nonprofit management and support.
Since earning her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2019, Annie has been dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations streamline operations and reduce stress, enabling leaders to focus on their mission. Her work is rooted in a deep understanding of nonprofit needs and a commitment to exceptional service.
Outside of work, Annie enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, and she is an avid swimmer, cyclist, hiker, and outdoor enthusiast.
